Our Services

We arrange private jet and helicopter charter flights on behalf of clients by sourcing and negotiating with licensed operators. Our services include:

• Private jet charter worldwide
• Helicopter charter
• Empty leg flights
• Flight coordination and support

Section 03

Quotations and Bookings

• All quotations are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed in writing.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed charter agreement and payment of the required deposit.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

Section 04

Payment

• Payment terms will be specified in your individual charter agreement.
• Full payment is typically required prior to departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed.

Section 05

Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellation charges vary depending on the operator and timing of cancellation. These will be set out in your charter agreement.
• Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Section 06

Liability

• AVIS AERO LTD acts as a broker only. Responsibility for the safe operation of the flight lies solely with the licensed air carrier.
• AVIS AERO LTD is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by the operator, weather, air traffic control, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Section 07

Passenger Conduct

The operator reserves the right to refuse carriage or remove any passenger whose behaviour poses a risk to the safety or comfort of the flight. In such cases, no refund will be due.

Section 08

Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your details to third parties except as necessary to arrange your booking or as required by law.

Section 09

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Section 10

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
